We didn’t head to Fort Pierce to just hang out at the marina. (Although that was pretty nice!) True North needs new paint on her hull under the water because we got so much crap growing on it in the Bahamas. The barnacles and slime only get worse the further north you go and we’re not going to get in the water in Maine to scrape the hull! So… new paint! The Shearwater boat yard got her hauled out right on time and set on the stands in the yard.  Being out of the water sucks, but we’re right across from the pool so I can’t really complain!
