The subject of this week’s photo challenge is “love”. I’m almost ashamed to admit that it took me a long time to realize that it was because Valentine’s Day was this week. Whoops!
Unlike my normal method of photography consisting of “ooh a shiny thing!”, I actually planned a few of my shots while we were out at Fort Flagler last weekend! These are two more of my long exposure shots, but with Jason and I in the photo! It was even his idea to draw a heart. 🙂
I always feel bad if I make a post for something small like a photo challenge and there are only a couple shots, so I went out of my way to add something else! My mom (who I love very much!) is out of town for a few weeks visiting some friends and I noticed her car is absolutely filthy. She does so much to make my life easier that I wanted to do something nice for her while she was gone. So last saturday I spent pretty much all day detailing the crap out of her car. It got an interior detail, clay bar, full wash and wax, wheel detail… seriously, the works! But because I couldn’t leave well enough alone I had to play with my new remote flash setup and try to get some acceptable photos in the garage. Excuse my boring, messy, and uninteresting garage. 😉
