This morning I met my friends Matt and Matt to go on a spirited drive around the Hood Canal and then to lunch.  We only averaged about 5 mph over… (notice I’m not telling you over WHAT exactly…)

So we have a Mini Cooper JCW, Subaru WRX, and a BMW 135i. Not a bad little group of horsepower junkies!

The WRX got a new exhaust system the other day and he’s working on getting new wheels.

This car photographs so well. It’s also fast as shit. I’m using this photo for the photo challenge that I’m still managing to do.  This is day 14 – Reflection. Mostly because of the mile deep shine of that clearcoat.

This is O’Matty tryin look to like a badass in his black leather jacket. I might be reaching with this one, but this is Day 13 – Eyes.  Because he’s got eyes behind the sunglasses. yeah…

Day 15 – The Sun.  Once the fog lifted it was an absolutely breathtaking drive.  This is the south shore along the Hood Canal.  I’ve been wanting to get a photo here for about 3 years now. I’m not entirely pleased with this one.  I need to come back and really plan a photoshoot because this location is gorgeous and there are usually flocks of bald eagles.
