In a previous post I put in some paving stones along the side of the driveway so there was more room for people to get in and out of their cars when we have people over. (mostly for my poor mother who is usually the one on the passenger side and at risk of falling down into the drainage ditch!) The paving stones looked awesome, but also looked a little unfinished! So I decided to install some gravel along the side as a border and to help with erosion from driveway drainage.

Now when people visit at night they won’t fall off the edge of the driveway! And also it looks pretty great!
