Part of buying a house in Bella Vista, AR was that it also comes with access to a ton of amenities, including a handful of private lakes! I will admit, I didn’t know what to expect but Lake Ann was gorgeous! It’s smaller, but I didn’t expect the beautiful rock formations and wildflowers! (and excellent morning sunlight!) It’s nice to have this in our backyard!
