From Georgetown we headed to Rat Cay. Despite the unappealing name this island was gorgeous and had calm water for the wind direction. A perfect place to spend the night!

Leaving Georgetown with some unpleasant looking clouds
We saw the dinghies racing on our way out
Osprey nest
Beautiful water but not a lot of hiking unfortunately

We did do some snorkeling here but I didn’t get any pictures. We motored the boat around some rocks when we anchored on the way in and decided to swim out and check them for lobster.  There weren’t any lobster but we found a ton of pretty reef fish. Instead of rocks, however, we decided that the obstructions were bits and pieces of an old Ford Ranger and refrigeration equipment. Not at all what we expected but ended up making a great place for fish to hang out.
