Iron Lake was probably one of my favorite lakes that we paddled in the Boundary Waters. It’s long and narrow with rocks jutting out of the water, lilypads, and a few loons! I love these flowers. So pretty! We never saw a proper beaver dam, but here’s a beaver home Our pretty canoe rock bluffs Super narrow spot to paddle through up there in the grass This was a really pretty shot gotta paddle around that island also have to paddle between these two rocks! loons! love them! home sweet home!
