From Cambridge Cay we headed south to Staniel Cay. This is the first town that we’ve had the opportunity to visit in a few weeks now and we’re practically out of milk, eggs, and bread! Disaster! The main hub at Staniel is the yacht club. They have the closest dinghy dock, restaurant, fuel, and anything else you might need! There are 3 general stores on the island. They all get restocked on different days so you usually just have to try all 3 to find everything on your list. Aside from food, we realized that the boat smells like diesel inside and upon further investigation we found a few cracked fuel hoses. The chances of finding the correct size was slim to none but we lucked out at Isles Store and the only hose they had was what I needed so we bought practically all of it! Now we get to do some work to the boat.

Now that we’re stocked up on groceries and boat parts we’re planning on hanging out here for a few more days and getting some work done before we have to run away from the west wind again!
