We left Chub Cay at a reasonable hour in the morning and luckily got off of the dock easily even with the wind. The sunrise was outstanding but, as usual, the wind speed and direction was different than predicted. This resulted in a choppy ride that was slower than we wanted. Originally we had planned on bypassing Nassau and continuing on to the Exumas but the boat was fairly uncomfortable and we would have been sailing until 9:00 at night and anchoring in the dark. So we made the decision to call it a day and anchor at a little island just outside the main harbor. It wasn’t a super nice anchorage and we got rocked pretty hard all night long but at least we were stopped for the night.

Crazy teal super yacht at Chub

Sails up!

Pretty blue water
This is what the cockpit looks like when we’re actually using the boat. Lines everywhere!
Duster isn’t even fully on the chair. He spent most of the sail like this… little weirdo.
