In my opinion it’s usually never worth even putting on makeup.  Since Yuli was already all dolled up to take pictures, we finished in the studio and then went outside to the front yard to play in the late afternoon sun and get some different looks.  Yuli brought a pretty lace scarf to try and replicate some gorgeous shots we had seen on instagram. I think we nailed it!

Since everyone on my facebook feed was posting these gorgeous portraits with the cherry trees, I decided we should try to do a cherry blossom shoot as well.  I don’t have the patience to drive to the UW campus and fight with the other hundreds of photographers over a tree, so we just used the little one in my front yard! (it’s looking pretty nice this year!)
