Our good friend Ian is back up here in Washington visiting us again.  For some reason he thought it would be fun to go camping in the snow. Bless his little Floridian heart… We compromised and drove up to Hurricane Ridge to visit the snow in its natural habitat.

This visit was pretty early in the snow season.  There was really only a few feet of snow at the top of the parking lot.  I would like to go back later in the year when the snow is taller than the lodge and see how different it is…and take more photos!
