Victoria is home to the Royal British Columbia Museum. We noticed it last time and thought it would probably be pretty interesting, but didn’t have time to stop.  This time, however, we had a few spare hours and a slight chance of rain. Game on! The current rotating exhibit was all about gold through history. Pretty interesting as it’s something I’ve not really thought about a whole lot. Here’s a link:

I didn’t really get a lot of photos from the BC museum.  It was well worth the few hours of wandering to avoid the rainstorm and learn a bit about BC.  We even watched an IMAX movie. I haven’t seen one of those since I was like 10.

We ended up wandering around inside the Empress Hotel for a little bit as well.
