So the whole reason we’ve been at Prime Cay for so long is because of another wind storm headed our way. The wind is predicted to be in the mid 30 knot range so it’s a good idea to be hunkered down somewhere! There were only 3 boats here (including us) so the chances of someone’s anchor dragging and getting hit by another boat were slim to none and the island offered good protection. Overall, it was a pretty safe place to be.  We didn’t have to stay on the boat the entire time because the water didn’t get that rough, luckily. We took the dinghy up to the head of the bay to see how big the waves in the ocean were and got to work on cleaning up one of the hiking trails with a machete. We finished our day covered in blisters but totally worn out and happy for the break from the boat!

Coffee on deck!
Not too bad actually
