Jason and I are still going on walks every morning and the water is still this amazing teal color with soft sand, although it IS a bit windy!

pineapple glazed cracked conch. Delicious!

While it was windy one afternoon I dug all of my sewing crap out of the locker and did some projects.  Most notably was using the leftover safety line webbing to sew ends onto to make my own custom super heavy duty tie down straps.  I also sewed an end onto a tie down strap we already had where the end broke. Not very exciting but they should be very useful!  I also ordered some mesh a while ago and made some “orange hammocks” to go above our banana hammocks in the galley.  With the regular ones all your fruit just rolls to the middle and gets squished, with the second hammock above you can just have oranges or onions in a nice line and they shouldn’t get damaged as easily!

That’s a lot of crap and that’s not even the sewing machine!
Dart had to “help”
Finished product. It even matches my kitchen cabinet color!

I have a lot more sewing projects that I wanted to do, but I think I’ll have to get everything cut up and ready to go and then dig the sewing machine back out for all of it.  There’s not *that* much room in here!
