We went to the falling man petroglyph area in Gold Butte National Monument yesterday, but it was so cool we wanted to take my parents to see it since neither of their cars will ever see a gravel road! It rained yesterday and filled all of the depressions and little runoffs with water, so we were lucky to see the desert actually wet.  I also switched to an ultra wide angle lens resulting in a VERY different set of photos from the previous day.

We found a little tiny slot canyon with water running through it that I took multiple photos of!

It was a cold day in the desert! (it was December!)
I love all the colors in the rocks here

I think the falling man area is one of my favorite spots we’ve found exploring in Nevada so far.  It’s really secluded and rarely busy.  There are so many trails to explore and amazing scenery to shoot!
