After a hearty breakfast and coffee that’s always more rewarding because we’re on a boat, the group all piled in the dinghy and headed out to Allen’s Cay, AKA “Iguana Island”. The iguanas on the island are actually an endangered species, but are very friendly and come running when people arrive. (fun fact: they’re well fed) We didn’t stay long because of all the tour boats that kept showing up, but the iguanas were fun to watch as they ran along the rocks and the beach. We got pretty close to a few of them!
