This is the catch up post for the rest of last weekend’s crazy adventures!  We went diving and fishing and camping and hiking.  After I had enough diving out at Neah Bay, we all clamored back into the trucks and drove a little ways further up the road to try a different diving spot.  The boys had failed to kill a single fish and we therefore had no dinner.  They were instructed to swim until dinner was acquired or risk being mocked forever by me and eating chips and snack foods for dinner instead. (unacceptable). Luckily they redeemed themselves and came back to the truck with 4 tasty little rockfish! Our camp spot for the night was off of the same forest road as the lake full of trout, but up on top of a hill with a decent view of the mountains. We set up camp for the night and began making dinner.  By “we” I, of course, mean Ian. Jason probably only cooks out of necessity and I don’t cook out of self-preservation.  Ian, on the other hand, is the type of guy who carries around fresh ginger root in the cooler in the back of his truck.  He made an amazing green curry thai soup with the fish. We eat way better while camping than we do at home. This is ridiculous.
