My good friend Caroline came up to visit me! YAY! It’s been a long time.. like over 5 years. We need to not do that again! 🙂 Either way, we had planned a big trip on our boat up to the San Juan Islands, but since the boat caught fire and is out of commission we had to find an alternate plan. So why not Canada? (yeah Canada, you’re the runner-up choice…sorry) The ferry from Port Angeles to Victoria is about the easiest thing ever. Even the Canadian customs officials were happy and hilariously joking with us. (lets just say Jason’s passport photo makes him look like a crazed serial killer…) I booked us a cute little condo just outside the main part of town. I like doing that because it’s more relaxing and laid back than a hotel. We spent 3 days walking around just looking at stuff and eating food. My favorite kind of vacation!
