Apparently I worked hard enough all week to earn myself a day off on President’s Day.  I’m used to waking up at 4:45 so I slept in until 6:00 and was out the door after a tasty breakfast and coffee to begin my day of aimlessly meandering around San Diego.  I’ve already seen most of the Old Town region, so I headed up and out and stumbled into Heritage Park.  Heritage Park is a tiny village of Victorian homes.  Each house has a long history (posted out front).  This area reminds me of Roche Harbor in the San Juan Islands.  Both of them were constructed about the same time.  Only difference is one has palm trees and the other has evergreens.  😉
