Anastasia island is located on the coast just outside St. Augustine, FL.  Looks like it’s a very popular place to camp.  For us, it was a relaxing place to walk the beach and hang out.  As usual, I had fun shooting the birds on the beach.  There were a few surfers, but they weren’t doing anything very interesting, unfortunately.  Maybe I should drive down to Cocoa Beach and see if I can get a few interesting shots out there! It’s strange shooting photos on a bright and hazy beach compared to the dark forests of Washington.
