Just south of Georgetown is Moriah Harbor Cay National Park. Jason and I took the dinghy on a 5 mile excursion with our friends Val and Carl down through the park’s gorgeous sand bars and blue water to the river and bridge where we turned around.

The tiny span in the middle lifts manually!
Even some birds!

We ran into a shallow spot and Jason, gentleman that he is, got out to drag our dinghy (and Val and Carl behind us!) through the shallow spot and back out into water deep enough to motor.  Our hero!

Almost there!
Beautiful clear water
Their shirts match! Adorable!
Nice houses down south!

On the way back towards the boats we stopped at a tongue of beautiful blue water rippling through shallow sand bars.  We took a walk along the beach after anchoring the dinghies.

Nerd.

Someone’s set up for a beach day!

Lobster for dinner again!
