Sunsets in San Diego are spectacular, especially when the view is off the top of “sunset cliffs” overlooking the Pacific Ocean.  This is consistently voted one of the top photography spots in San Diego and I definitely see why.  Thanks to Katie for setting up this whole adventure! 😉

Katie was very patient with me running around like an idiot taking pictures of everything.  Eventually she lured me away with the promise of the best burger of my life. (I’m easily bribed…) We went to Hodad’s. I wasn’t disappointed! 🙂

I didn’t get a picture of the burger because it disappeared soon after making an appearance on the table. I guess we WERE both really hungry! 😉 After polishing off some darn tasty burgers, we wandered over to the beachfront.  I got to do my favorite “document random urban crap and also vehicles” thing and as an added bonus caught the last of some freaking epic lighting on the pier. Jackpot!
