As you all have probably figured out by now, I’ve made portraiture my new photography challenge and have been shooting quite a few of my friends! However, recently I made contact with a new model named Debbie Darling located in Bremerton and set up a shoot for around town just to see how it went! Turns out that she’s awesome and we had a blast wandering around the parking garages and alleys.  The theme was pretty much “punk rock pinup”… like traditional pin up girl only with a twist. I think we nailed it.

Harsh lighting is probably my favorite lighting to play with.
Love the reflections in her sunglasses!
Nailed the pose!
I had a plan for a lot of pictures with the car windows, but this is the only one I ended up liking! Better luck next time!
I had her stand in this hard shadow against a wall just to see if I liked it.
It almost has that old Hollywood glamour look to it!
Windows are always a good composition!
Fun with prisms and a wardrobe change!
Off kilter on the stairs
More fun with prisms! Glad I brought Jason along to hold it for me!
This might be my favorite shot!
I like the mirror image with the shadow
I like this, but couldn’t photoshop out the weird lens flare at the bottom.
I love street portraits!
So pretty and so many rainbows!
I love how well this girl can pose! She’s so talented!
I like how this photo is badass and serene at the same time
This composition has so many vertical lines, but I love her pose
Gotta get a shot with the angel wings!
We thought the no trespassing sign was ironic
I love all the colors we have to play with in Bremerton now!
A herd of boys almost crashed into a wall when they walked by and saw her there! LOL
Down the alley!
No dice!

Hopefully this the first of many shoots with Miss Debbie Darling!
