We learned a lot our first night of camping. Mostly we remembered a bunch of stuff that we forgot to bring with us.  I realized that my pillow is super flat and worn out so I bought a new pillow.  We forgot a pan for beef stew, so we got one of those to just keep in the camper. We didn’t get groceries at all before we left, so we had to run back into town to stock up on food in general. I also managed to catch Jason’s cold on the first day of our trip (yay…) so I got the Nyquil/Dayquil combo pack as well….

Before we left I stopped by Ace hardware and got a length of rubber hose that fit over the end of the kitchen faucet because I thought it would be handy to be able to wash dishes outside the camper.  Well, we tried this once and realized it was a total pain in the ass.  We did learn that the propane locker on the outside of the camper was an awesome spot to put our collapsible bucket, wet towels, and other randomness.

This is how the camper looks all loaded up. We made it as big as we could, but it’s still pretty small.

The kitchen actually works pretty well, especially considering we had to cook outside before! There’s really only room for one person to be up and moving around at a time.  My coffee pot works awesome and I got bacon and eggs our first morning.

I had to buy a 4′ extension cord so I can put the coffee pot on the table.
The cooler is all tied down
lots of storage room on top of the mattress.
The galley ended up looking pretty good!
