This was one of those tasks that took way longer than I really thought it was going to. All I had to do was glue on a perimeter strip of foam around the inside of the shell for the roof and gasket to seal against.  I even had clamps to use that would work perfect to hold it! I think it was just getting everything lined up since they were such small pieces.  This was pretty much the only thing I got done tonight. I had even figured I would have time to sand it all! That didn’t happen.

Started with the back
Other side
So many toothpicks!
The back is done, now time to do the front!
Done!

We’re going to put a little strip of aluminum angle around the lip to make sure no water gets in and give the canvas something to bolt to. Hopefully tomorrow we can have a fiberglassing frenzy again like we did last weekend and get all those seams taped up and finish up the lower shell part!
