The month of January usually conjures images of skiing, hot chocolate, and watching the rain through the safety of your living room window… but not this year! Yesterday it was sunny and in the 60’s! Unseasonably awesome.  Hell, this would be good weather in July… So to celebrate not being freezing or rainy or windy we took our little boat out! (fun fact: the overheating problem is fixed! yay!)

The sun started to go down and the lighting was excellent! We don’t have any photos of our boat NOT tied up at the marina, so Jason dropped me off and I managed to snag a few.  She’s an Aloha 32 and her name is Blue-J for obvious reasons. (NOT that she’s small, fast, and likes to dive-bomb cats in the backyard.)

Maybe next time we take her out there will be a breeze and we can air the sails out a bit! :)
