We spent the night outside of town last night but some strong weather is on its way again so now it’s time to hide! The spot we picked out is called the “muddy hole” but we checked it out with the dinghy and there’s enough depth for our boat and it’s super protected from the wind. So this morning we pulled anchor and headed through the narrow channel along town to the hole. Spanish Wells is built along a narrow strip of land and the waterway access is a skinny channel with some marshes, ponds, and the occasional house on the other side.

The birds know which boats bring home fish

We got Onward anchored easily in the mud hole and then picked up Sorn and headed into town to wander around!
