There are multiple back roads out of where my parents live in Nevada (literally every road except the highway…) but one of these will take you out towards the Woodbury Desert Study Area and, literally, Joshua Tree Rd.  We end up out this way pretty often because it’s super accessible and a great place to watch the sunset.  I’m borderline obsessed with joshua trees and the shapes that they make always end up being really interesting photographs. Last time we were out visiting we took the offroad route through the mountains.  It was fantastic and we definitely need to make it back that way for more exploring!

Isn’t this a beautiful location? I really want to do a photoshoot out here sometime!
