We made it to Canada! Cleared customs and they didn’t even confiscate our bananas! Sidney Harbor Marina is super nice, even if it is a bit expensive.  The town itself is super clean. It’s interesting that Canada is so close but definitely feels like a foreign country. Jason and I wandered around the grocery store looking at all the food that was different, from Britain, or had French writing on it. Yes, we are easily amused. That being said, we provisioned the boat, had some good coffee, and thoroughly enjoyed our day!

So yeah. Sidney is an interesting little town to visit. Lots of shopping if you need stuff for the boat.  I’m still amused how there’s no graffiti here… I love shooting that and I saw like 5 pieces. Canadians are so polite! Tomorrow we head down to Butchart Gardens to see all the flowers!
