From Andros we headed straight across to spend the night at Rose Island in Nassau and then the next morning we crossed the Bahama bank and ended up at Shroud Cay.

We always anchor far from other boats because of our shallow draft

a little bit of fog this morning

Shroud Cay is a truly amazing place and one of our all time favorites.  The crystal clear water through the mangrove rivers and ultra soft sand on the ocean side of the island make it truly special. Unfortunately, it’s getting more and more popular both with charter boats and megayachts and this was around Christmas and New Years so it was so packed with people we made a run through the river and then left the next morning.
