Pilot Butte is a super convenient spot to get a great view of the mountains. We hiked it once already, but since our butts were tired from biking, Jason and I drove to the top.

If you’ve been following my blog for a while you will know that Jason and I love our cars and trucks. We’ve been through quite a few adventure vehicles in our quest for the perfect one! (fun fact: does not exist.) Our current rig is a Chevy Colorado truck. It’s small enough to be easy to maneuver, but still useful for trucky stuff. I love it! Surprisingly, it’s still completely stock. We were staying in a hotel all week, so we don’t have the tent on the back or anything!
