I heard from my neighbor across the street about a car show that was going on down in Gig Harbor this Sunday.  I haven’t been to a car show in a while, so that sounded like a fun few hours to kill while looking at some cars and wandering around.  Turns out the car show was part of Gig Fest 2015.  Pretty large affair with lots of people and a TON of boats running around the harbor.  Apparently one of the main events was the “blessing of the fleet” of fishing boats.  It was neat to see all the big boats lined up in the middle of the harbor.

From here we walked down to the park by the old Gig Harbor Ferry terminal.

We ended up back at the car show for one more loops and found a few new things that had rolled in while we were out exploring!

So yeah. Pretty good little car show and we found a new place to walk to and take photos of. Not bad for a Sunday morning!
