I’ve been shooting portraits for a while now and I’ve been shooting with strobes for a while, but haven’t had much experience yet combining the two things. I took my flash setup with my fancy new stand and softbox over to Nirvana’s house to do a sweet rock and roll themed shoot with her husband’s drum set!





There were a lot of changes to the photos in post processing of these… the wall in her living room is actually a greyish shade of green. I would call it unattractive, but it’s the same color I painted my downstairs bedroom, so I can’t say anything. 😉 It didn’t turn out well in the photos, so I changed the color of it! Nirvana is also wearing a black wig since she usually has short bright pink hair!
