The hilarious thing about this whole adventure is that Cave Cay is a nothing island in the middle of a place nowhere really goes… and we ended up anchoring around the corner from some friends we made down in the Ragged Islands a few months ago! We met up with them for a hike around the island and a dinghy excursion into the middle of the island through a few narrow channels that were slowly losing water due to the tide! At the end of the adventure we were met with a nasty looking thunderstorm rolling in, so we all headed back to our boats for the night!
